Once payment is processed, PayPal will send an email confirmation to all registers. Registers are responsible for presenting their PayPal confirmation the day of show, no exceptions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Exhibitor and Import Evolution hereinafter referred to as Company, in consideration of the promises made herein, agrees as follows:

The Exhibitor is hereby granted the right to use the space assigned to him/her for the period of the designated show hours.  The Exhibitor shall abide by the move-in and move-out times.

Company reserves the right to disapprove the display of any item that Company, reasonably and in good faith, determines is not in keeping with the nature, character or orderly conduct of the show.

The Exhibitor shall not cause any apparatus or place any device in the exhibit that will produce undue noise or in any way interfere with or be objectionable to any other exhibitor.

The Exhibitor agrees to abide by any other rules of operation that Company may from time to time establish. A violation of any rule of conduct or a breach of any covenant in this agreement is cause for Company to have the Exhibitor removed from the event without any refund.

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for all maintenance of the exhibit.  At all times, including the hours during which the exhibition is open to the public, the Exhibitor shall maintain the exhibit in a clean and orderly manner and shall take any steps that may be necessary to prevent injury to any person or exhibit on the premises.

No property, material or vehicles shall be removed prior to the advertised show closing hours of the exhibition without prior written consent of Company.

Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles or exhibits.

Company reserves the right to photograph, film, reproduce, publish and/or advertise any materials regarding Exhibitor and their vehicle for any use without compensation to Exhibitor. Upon entering event, Exhibitor surrenders all claims.

All vehicles placed indoors must have less than ¼ tank of gas and disconnect the vehicles main battery.

Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, claim, damage, cost or expense (including attorney’s fees and court costs), injury or death that may arise from the Exhibitor’s participation and renting of the exhibit space and attendance of the event.  The Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, obtain the necessary insurance coverage with respect to loss by fire, theft, accidental or other causes, if that type of protection is desired.

I agree and understand that Import Evolution, sponsors and/or affiliates assumes no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicle and/or of display and related items and also reserves the right to make any changes with out any notice.   I have read, understand and agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth on the front and reverse side of this agreement.
